The functions and duties of the Property Team consist of the following:
- Provide for an administrative office that supports church staff in carrying out the ministry and mission of the congregation.
- Provide for the maintenance and security of all property of the congregation by developing a coordinated program that addresses the routine maintenance of the church’s grounds, facilities, equipment, and related utility systems. The program also addresses long-term needs, which the ministry will review and update annually, with appropriate notices to the Congregation Council on anticipated expenditures beyond the annual budget.
- Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and use of all furnishings and equipment belonging to the congregation.
Computer and Copier Task Force

This Task Force analyzes the needs of the Church office in order to recommend the most efficient and up-to-date equipment to expedite the work of the office.
Fine Arts Committee

The Fine Arts Committee maintains the integrity of the architectural design, landscaping, artwork, lighting and the design and furnishings of the interior and exterior of the Church building, while addressing the continued beautification of the Church property.
Kitchen Coordinator

The Kitchen Coordinator organizes and coordinates the activities of the kitchen.
Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator consults with the sextons to ‘troubleshoot’ problems with the church facilities and to coordinate projects. He works with the Property Team to prioritize repairs and budget for maintenance work and materials.
Memorial Garden Committee

The Memorial Garden Committee maintains the grounds of the Memorial Garden. The Committee also coordinates any repair work and/or updates that need to be made.
Trinity Time Tithers

Trinity Time Tithers is a group of Church members who volunteers their time and talents where needed in the Church. The Trinity Time Tithers meet each Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. Fellowship continues with a lunch.
Trinity’s Gardening Angels

Trinity’s Gardening Angels is a group of men and women who enjoy sharing their knowledge of annuals and perennials and their love of gardening. They plant and maintain the entrance garden and the flagpole garden located in Grace Park in conjunction with Keep Akron Beautiful program.
